Regional Representation

By aggressively identifying and meeting with potential customers/partners and related industry associations/government departments, Forte Solutions Asia Limited finds and develops opportunities in our clients’ core markets, and after an initial market evaluation period, follows the opportunities through to revenue generation. From initial contact to deal close, we have achieved multiple >$1M production deals with >2 year design-in sales cycles across the region on behalf of our clients.

Channel Management

In addition to direct representation services, we also offer channel management & development services. We will enable you to identify the best route or routes to market by identifying and meeting with the ideal potential partners in the region and subsequently work as your APAC channel manager. If appropriate, we can work with distributors to identify and approach new target customers in the region using a “high touch” style approach.

Procurement

It can be a challenge to effectively connect with potential suppliers remotely. Benefit from having a local representative who can identify, meet and negotiate on your behalf. We have had success procuring parts and materials that have become core components of our clients’ products.
